Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Dreone. We've written them to be clear about what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
01Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dreone platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Dreone Infotech Private Limited (“Dreone,” “we,” “us”).
By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
02The Service
Dreone provides AI-assisted call intelligence for sales teams, including call capture and transcription, baseline call scoring, team-specific win-pattern analysis, and coaching workflow tools. Features available to you depend on the plan your organization has selected.
We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its term without notice.
03Accounts and Eligibility
When you sign up, we create an account for the individuals your organization authorizes. Login credentials are issued by us and delivered to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep it current.
04Customer Data and Call Recordings
The Service processes call recordings, transcripts, CRM outcome data, and related information that you or your organization submit or connect (“Customer Data”). As between you and Dreone, you retain all rights to your Customer Data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record, transcribe, and analyze the calls you submit, including obtaining any consents required by applicable law and notifying call participants where required. Dreone provides configurable consent and retention controls, but you control how they are applied.
05Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any person, including recording or surveillance conducted without required consent.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing product or to train a model for use outside your own organization.
06How We Use Customer Data
We use Customer Data to provide and improve the Service for your organization, including training the team-specific win-pattern model that powers your insights. Your win-pattern model is isolated to your organization and is not used to inform another customer's model.
We may use aggregated, de-identified information that does not identify you, your organization, or any individual to operate and improve the Service.
07Fees and Plans
Paid plans are billed per seat and tiered by team size, as agreed during sign-up. Unless otherwise stated in a separate order, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
We may adjust pricing for a renewal term with reasonable prior notice. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
08Confidentiality
Each party may access confidential information of the other. Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
09Intellectual Property
Dreone and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, models, and interfaces, excluding your Customer Data. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
10Disclaimers
The Service provides analytical insights and suggestions to support human decision-making. It does not guarantee any sales outcome. Insights are probabilistic and should be applied with professional judgment. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Dreone's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after a reasonable notice period. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and you may export your Customer Data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Patna, Bihar will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
