Privacy Policy

Sales calls are sensitive data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls that keep your team's information protected.

01Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreone Infotech Private Limited (“Dreone,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our AI call-intelligence platform (the “Service”).

We act as a service provider (processor) for the call and CRM data our customers connect, and as a controller for the account and website information we collect directly. This policy covers both roles.

02Information You Provide Directly

  • Sign-up and contact details: your name, work email, company, role or designation, team size, and any message you send us.
  • Account information: the credentials and settings associated with the account we create for you.
  • Communications: messages you send through our forms or to our team.

03Information Processed Through the Service

When your organization connects its tools, the Service processes call recordings, transcripts, participant metadata, and CRM deal outcomes so we can provide transcription, scoring, and win-pattern analysis.

This data is submitted and controlled by your organization. If you are an individual whose calls are processed, please direct questions about that processing to your organization, which decides how the Service is used.

04Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage and device data such as pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service and website are used.

05How We Use Information

  • To create and manage accounts and to deliver login credentials by email.
  • To provide, secure, and improve the Service, including training the team-specific win-pattern model for your organization.
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our sign-up and contact forms.
  • To generate aggregated, de-identified insights that do not identify any individual, organization, or call.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

06Isolation of Customer Data

Each customer's data is logically isolated. The win-pattern model built from your organization's calls is specific to your organization and is not used to inform any other customer's model. We do not sell personal information.

07How We Share Information

  • Service providers: infrastructure, transcription, email delivery, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

08Call Recording and Consent

Recording and analyzing calls may be subject to consent and notification requirements that vary by jurisdiction. Our customers are responsible for obtaining any required consents and for configuring the notification and retention controls we provide. If you have concerns about a specific recording, please contact the organization that recorded the call.

09Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers can configure retention windows for call data, after which it is deleted or de-identified in line with those settings.

10Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and isolated multi-tenant architecture. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

11Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Where we process data on behalf of a customer, we will refer your request to that customer and support them in responding. To exercise rights over data we control, contact us using the details below.

12International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

13Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the Service evolve. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
